A fusion dance class, with aerobic steps, world dance music, core strength and stretching.

Bio: Julie Marques has 20 years of teaching Sacred and Bollywood dance. Julie lived and studied in Nepal and India across a three year span. Julie is a fusionist by nature and teaches dance from the inner workings of steps, music and meaning to create elaborate group choreographies as well as to inspire dancers to create their own.

It is not a one size fits all approach or even one style of movement fits all but a multifaceted approach to a movement lifestyle that helps us connect into our bodies, express our personalities and deepen our mind body spirit relationship. When you join the move 2 Change approach, you enter a virtual or live community experience with classes to meet your core needs.
