LIVE Online Pilates
Issues due to modern sedentary, stationary and receptive movement lifestyles pattern our bodies and often lead to pain, balance challenges, weakness and loss of core strength. Pilates classes counteract everyday patterns that cause tension, pain and imbalance in the body. Pilates classes will develop core strength, length, balance and more effective overall movement function.

Change from the Core
GROUP CLASSES
• Strength & Length: Mon 5:30-6:30pm
A blend of Pilates exercises and Yoga poses, with focus on core strength and whole body length.
Pilates Mat & Barre: Wed, Fri 9-10am
A Pilates class with half standing work with weights and ball at a chair and core mat exercises.
PILATES EQUIPMENT (Schedule for 1 or 2)
Circuit Training
Uses TRX, reformer, chair, bonus, mat and weights to get a strong, full body workout.
Cardio Workout
Work on the Reformer with jump board for a full cardio Pilates equipment class.
Connect, Strength & Flow
A Classical Pilates class with attention to strength, flow, breath, balance and core challenge.

Bio: Julie Marques is a Fully Certified Pilates Stott instructor. She is currently Lead Instructor and Master Trainer for Club Pilates Alameda. She was also certified in Mat through A Working Body in Oakland, CA and studied with Mercy Sidbury for one year. Her experience spans over 12 years of Pilates teaching and thirty years as a movement educator.
