  • Youth Sessions in Pods of 4: These are age based groups of no more than 4 to work together throughout the school year engaging in movement and movement based activities. For youth 8 and up includes Yoga, Dance, Pilates and Mindfulness with some social activities out doors; for younger ages Creative Movement, Art and distanced outdoor play.

  • Private and Duet Pilates Equipment Sessions: Book a session alone or with a friend either in the well ventilated studio (Windows and doors open, new heating system and filter) or in outside covered patio.

  • Private Somatic Sessions: Book a one on one in person session with plenty of ventilation and distance to stay safe.
