VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa means to flow or connect.  The movement is synchronized to the breath to create a continuous flow from one pose to the next. It is sometimes also called Yoga Flow, because of the smooth way that the poses run together so the practice becomes like a dance.

Aerial Yoga Play is a fun, safe way to stretch deeply and experience weightlessness. Unlike other circus-based aerial arts, Aerial Yoga Play is a two point suspension training system that is close to the ground and designed to be both therapeutic and comfortable.
