YOGA STRETCH is a practice of movement initiated by breath, with plenty of time getting into, stay with and move through each pose. This practice is great for beginners and suitable for all levels. We take time to explore safely, with breath and core muscles integrating each movement.

Follow a guided flow from one pose to the next; hold for extended time while finding breath, unravelling muscle tensions and moving into and through areas of tension.

In 1998, Julie discovered yoga and meditation. She learned Asanas while living in Kathmandu, Nepal These movement practices grow out of a life long practice in floor movement, dedicated years of studying and teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice and meditation.These are guided and explorative movement experiences.
YOGA MOVE is movement is synchronized to the breath to create a continuous flow from one pose to the next. It is a smooth way of moving, finding stillness in pauses that are adventurous and integrated through core to make a challenging and harmonic dance.
Flow & Strengthen
Follow a guided flow from one pose to the next; hold a moment mid dance while fingers tingle to reach through space and breath moves to internal rhythm.
In this class we let connections develop into a more rigorous flow that builds on strength, flexibility and flow from developed from within an ongoing YOGA or other movement practice.
